MM Vicente Sanchez Parada Nose: Gingerbread cookies, menthol, crushed agave, marshmallows. Palate: Sweet cream and lemon drops, charred jalapenos, brine; a warm and lingering finish. There is a subtle bitterness to the finish that I find pleasing, cleansing. A wonderful Tepeztate ! Having a lot of fun with this one.

Outstanding mezcal that showcases the terroir of Oaxaca. Complex aromas of roasted agave, tropical fruits, and subtle earthiness. Long, satisfying finish.
